A Contractor will ensure that VTA receives KnowBe4 Cyber Security Training Diamond Software License for a three (3) year term with two (2) additional one (1) year options for years four and five of the KnowBe4 products and services identified on the Bid Form 1-B.The contractor must be an appointed, authorized reseller of KnowBe4 who has the right and license to sell and distribute the good and/or services called for hereunder only through authorized KnowBe4 distribution partners. The contractor must also submit the “MANUFACTURER’S AUTHORIZATION FORM” letter from KnowBe4 confirming that the contractor is an authorized reseller of KnowBe4 and has entered into an agreement for the purchase and resale of KnowBe4 products and/or services.
