KOL SQUARE AND MAIN AVENUE TRIANGLE POCKET PARKS - REVITALIZATION PROJECT

The scope of work under BASE BID A will consist of reconstructing Kol Square Park that includes concrete walkway throughout the park , site lighting , site utilities , site drainage system , benches , trash receptacles , gazebo , post clock , entrance archway , landscape seat walls , and proposed landscaping throughout the park . The scope of work under BASE BID B will consist of reconstructing Main Avenue Park that includes concrete walkway throughout the park , site lighting , site utilities , pedestrian crosswalk striping , benches , trash receptacles , landscape seat walls , and proposed landscaping throughout the park . The scope of work under ALTERNATE BID A will consist of furnishing and installing proposed custom entrance archway in Kol Square Park . The scope of work under ALTERNATE BID B will consist of reconstructing the concrete walkway , curb , ADA curb ramps , and entrance archway surrounding the southern portion of Kol Square Park . The scope of work under ALTERNATE BID C will consist of reconstructing the concrete walkway , curb , and ADA curb ramps surrounding the northern portion of Kol Square Park . It shall be noted that BASE BID A and BASE BID B will be awarded together to the same contractor , if awarded . All work shall be in accordance with the form of proposal , construction plans and specifications prepared by Yasseen Saad , P . E ., City Engineering Consultant to the City of Passaic - Engineering Division .
