The pump and motor are to be removed , an inspection performed , and a failure report generated to determine and document the cause of the failure . The work entaisl removal of the existing pump / motor and installation of a 10 inch , 2 pole , 460V , 75 HP submersible motor that powers a 560 gpm @ 410 ft TDH pump assembly ; associated pump cable ; 221 . 67 ft of 8 inch column pipe ; one check valve ; twenty two column couplings ; and an 8 " x 8 " discharge head . |
