AMENDMENT 0001 ( Dated 04 / 22 / 2026 ): This amendment ( 0001 ) is being issued to : ( 1 ) extend the quote submission deadline and ( 2 ) add and make updates to the documents provided in the Attachments / Links setion . All other terms and conditions remain unchanged . This is a combined synopsis / solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12 . This announcement constitutes the only solicitation . Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued . Solicitation number 1232SA26Q0332 is issued as a Request for Quotation ( RFQ ) for Lab Benches , Casework , and Sinks . The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul ( RFO ). This acquisition is set - aside for small business concerns . The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 337127 The small business size standard is 500 employees This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set - Aside . All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency . The Agriculture Priorities and Allocations System ( APAS ) and assigned rating are not applicable to this solicitation . See “ Attachment 1 - Solicitation Terms and Conditions ( 0001 )” for applicable clauses , provisions , instructions , and evaluation criteria . There are no additional requirement ( s ) or terms and conditions ( such as financing arrangements or warranty requirements ) determined by the Contracting Officer to be necessary for this acquisition and consistent with customary commercial practices . Quotes are due by the date / time / time zone listed in the “ Date Offers Due ” field . Submit quotes to the Primary Point of Contact and Secondary Point of Contact ( if applicable ) by the “ Date Offers Due ”. Quotes received after the established “ Date Offers Due ” deadline will be considered late . Late quotes may only be considered if it is in the Government ’ s best interest and if it will not unduly delay award .
