Automated experiments should collectfluorescence, absorbance, light scattering, and pH/conductivity data. Automated titrationsare required. Temperature and mixing speed must be controllable. The instrument shouldperform experiments in phase separation, protein interactions, protein aggregation, thermalstability, ion binding, and pH stability |
