Description | Michigan Veteran Homes is seeking a three - year agreement for Laboratory Testing Services for the Michigan Veteran Homes for Chesterfield Township ( MVHCT ) and Michigan Veteran Homes at Grand Rapids ( MVHCT . Contractor will provide clinical pathology , and microbiology testing as ordered by a Veteran Home physician . The Veteran Home staff are responsible for collecting specimens , and Contractor provides the supplies ( kits , tubes , preservatives , centrifuges , etc .). Contractor collects specimens in the morning Monday through Saturday and will upload results into an electronic medical record . STAT requests are provided on an emergency basis . The laboratory must be CLIA certified . |
