Description

Am Standort der Technischen Universität München in Garching wird in zwei Bauabschnitten ein mehrgeschossiges Laborgebäude mit anteiligen Büroflächen errichtet. Das Gebäude soll von den Lehrstühlen für naturwissenschaftliche Didaktik und Teilen der Bauchemie ("NDB") genutzt werden. Das Gebäude wird aus 4 Vollgeschossen (Erdgeschoss und 3 Obergeschosse) und einen Staffelgeschoss errichtet. Gegenstand des Auftrags ist die fachgerechte Neuausstattung der Laborräume dieses Gebäudes nach Kostengruppe 473 gemäß DIN 276:2018-12 im Rahmen des 2. Bauab-schnitts. Bei den auszustattenden Laboren handelt es sich im 1. Obergeschoss um größtenteils chemisch-analytische Labore gemäß GefStoffV, im 2. Obergeschoss um chemische-bauphysikalische Labore gemäß GefStoffV und im 3. Obergeschoss um chemisch-biologische bzw. gentechnische Labore der Schutz- und Sicherheitsstufen 1 gemäß GenTSV bzw. 2 gemäß BioStoffV.
