Description | he proposed contract is for mowing services and trash pickup at Lake Vanderwork , located in Washita County , seven ( 7 ) miles north of Gotebo , Oklahoma . See attached map showing general areas in need of mowing . Beginning on April 1 , 2026 , the Contractor will provide a total of eight ( 8 ) mowing events : A . B . C . D . E . F . G . April - Week of April 10th - shall mow in a competent and professional manner May - First week of May - shall mow in a competent and professional manner May - Week immediately before Memorial Day – shall mow in a competent and professional manner June - Week of June 10th - shall mow in a competent and professional manner July - Week immediately before July 4th holiday - shall mow in a competent and professional manner August - First week of August - shall mow in a competent and professional manner August - Week immediately before Labor Day weekend - Shall mow in a competent and professional manner H . September - Week of September 15th - shall mow in a competent and professional manner Trash Pick - Up : 1 . Trash must be picked up before each mowing . No trash should be shredded by mower and left on grounds . J . Haul off and dispose of trash . Brush Hogging : K . Cut grass down to 4 inches height for sides of entry roads , county ditches near entry , camping areas , fishing areas , top of dam , jetties , and spillway . Finish Mowing : L . Finish mowing at boat dock area , boat trailer parking area , high use fishing areas . Weed Eating : M . Weed eating around all signposts , tops of jetties , boat launch area , boat dock area , high use fishing areas . ODWC staff will meet with contractor before first mowing event to discuss in detail the areas that need brush hogging , finish mowing , weed eating , and trash pick - up . |
