Description | 1 . Work to be performed under this project includes the replacement of two ( 2 ) 7 . 5 - ton split systems and two ( 2 ) 15 - ton split systems . New exterior units to be air - source heat pumps . New indoor air handling units to contain direct expansion ( dx ) cooling / dehumidification coils and hot water heating coils . Existing ductwork will ne reutilized , only new connections to the new air handling units will be required . Also included is Building Management System ( BMS ) control upgrades . |
