General land survey services may include but not be limited to : • Legal boundary surveys • Pre - and post - construction ALTA surveys • Construction surveying and construction staking • Plot Plans • As - built surveys • Topographic , plan and profile surveys • Long and short platting assistance • Identification and legal descriptions of property rights - of - way or easements • Miscellaneous surveying - related services as required B . Builder ’ s package survey services – For construction projects of one - to - four - unit dwellings on parcels less than 12 , 000 square feet located in Alaska . Land surveyor shall provide a firm , fixed price for the services listed below and coordinate with CIHA ’ s Home Designer ( s ) for house plans placed on each lot . • Provide proposed plot plan within 5 working days of request . • Stake & flag property corners within 10 working days of notice to proceed . • Stake & flag building corner offsets within 10 working days of notice to proceed . • Provide as - built survey within 15 working days of notice of completion . |
