Description | Scope of Work 3 . 1 . Landfill Western Slope Closure Project The project consists of constructing a 6 . 46 - acre geosynthetic and soil final cap system on the landfill and making improvements to the existing South Stormwater Basin . Work associated with the project includes , but is not limited to : ( i ) earthwork ; ( ii ) installing geosynthetics and soil layers associated with the cap system ; ( iii ) modifying existing landfill gas collection and conveyance features ; ( iv ) constructing drainage features ; ( v ) modifying the existing South Stormwater Basin ; and ( v ) installing and maintaining construction erosion and sediment control measures . |
