Description | • Mow , edge and remove grass trimmings • Maintain flower beds free of weeds , trash and any debris • Trim low hanging branches from the trees minimum 6 ’ height • Trim bushes & shrubs as needed ( maintain away from buildings and fences ) • Control weeds in lawns , flower beds , sidewalks and any common areas • Apply fertilizer every ninety days • Blow off all hard surfaces • Plant winter rye for winter coverage • Contractor further agrees to advise the Housing Authority of any damage to sprinkler system . If damage is caused by contractor , repair will be their responsibility . • For individual yards / units to be serviced by the contractor , contract will make contact with the Housing Authority on the day prior to scheduled service . The agency will provide a list of the addresses for those yards needing service . This only applies to Terra Vista . |
