12 Dec 2025 TYAD Large Asset Integration Facility Source Sought Construct a new facility that is a 90' x 75' clear span structure with minimum 40' high inside clearance. To support mission requirements, the facility must have a work floor flush with adjacent ground level, large overhead doors on two sides, and an unobstructed clear open area. The building will be designed and constructed to provide both general purpose and mission specific electrical distribution, general indoor and exterior lighting, heating, and ventilation system with vehicle exhaust purge Required secondary facilities include water, sewer, gas, and electric utilities, drainage, pavement, site improvements, and information systems. The facility will be designed to a minimum life of 40 years in accordance with DoD's Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC 1-200-02) including energy efficiencies, building envelope and integrated building systems performance. This space would be built as a flexible and agile space that would be modular to support current and future needs.
