Description | This contract is intended to engage a Contractor to provide large - diameter pipeline ( 42 - inch or greater ) inspection services for approximately 100 , 000 linear feet of pipeline within a two - to - five - year period . The City intends to authorize annual releases to the Contractor for pipeline inspection services for between approximately 20 , 000 linear feet and 60 , 000 linear feet . Pipeline inspections shall occur between April 15 and October 31 , unless approved by the Contract Administrator . |
