Description | We are looking to convert a single stall water closet to a laundry station by Removing existing toilette , route electrical service from nearby electrical panel , route water connections from nearby hot and cold - water services , expose hole in exterior wall for dryer exhaust vent , plumb in drain system utilizing newly abandoned toilette drain . We want to source a residential style stackable washer and dryer to fit the space with the ability to maintain serviceability and retain equipment warranty . Conversion design may require elevated footing for machines but not to modify the machines . |
