Project work consists of but is not limited to the following : Elevator Modernization for various elevators across the UND Campus . SUMMARY A . This section includes the modernization of the hydraulic passenger elevator systems as described herein and as indicated on the Contract drawings . 1 . General and electrical work to be provided by owner . 2 . Bid submissions are to describe any additional services that will be required for a complete project but is to be provided by others . 3 . Provide a complete , code - compliant , and fully operational installation , including all components necessary for a finished system . B .
