The Contractor will acquire an advanced LC - MS / MS system integrated with a UHPLC system on behalf of the Department of Cannabis Control ( DCC ). This procurement includes delivery and installation , on - site training and method familiarization provided by SCIEX , access to the SCIEX Learning Hub , and a one - year warranty covering maintenance and support services . The contract will enhance DCC ’ s analytical capabilities , support and enhance the capabilities of ongoing method development , and enable the department to perform state - mandated pesticide testing in full compliance with regulatory requirements .
