Description | The Idaho Department of Education seeks letters of interest for a Lead Gifted and Talented Facilitator to provide statewide leadership , coordination , and oversight of Gifted and Talented programming , as detailed below The Lead Gifted and Talented Facilitator will provide statewide leadership and coordination of Gifted and Talented programming , including managing and supporting regional Gifted and Talented facilitators to ensure consistent implementation across regions . Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with state and federal requirements ; overseeing the development , implementation , and review of required three - year district plans ; collecting and analyzing program data ; and supporting continuous improvement efforts . The contractor will facilitate collaboration among regional facilitators and district supervisors , coordinate and support statewide professional development , and serve as the primary liaison between the Idaho Department of Education , regional facilitators , and LEAs . Additional responsibilities include providing technical assistance , supporting communication with stakeholders , and assisting with statewide initiatives , content development , and program evaluation . |
