Description | The Contractor shall clean all leaves from the City streets beyond the curb where a curb exists and the remainder from the city - owned right - of - way adjacent to the street and turning lanes located in the City as described by these specifications . ( All the above areas are hereinafter called “ Streets ”). Streets to be cleaned are listed in the attached City Map and Map Key . The Director will authorize use of city land to be utilized as a staging site . Throughout the day , the Contractor may transport leaves to the staging site . Within 24 hours of dumping at the staging site , Contractor will be responsible for the hauling away of leaves out of the staging site and the City of North Olmsted . Per EPA guidelines and regulations , the staging site is not an approved leaf ecology site and therefore may only be used as a temporary staging area . |
