Description
Description | The service shall include the development and delivery of two ( 2 ) distinct training programs : a Foundational Lean Concepts Training for all participants and an advanced Lean Champion Training for a select group of participants who will lead future continuous improvements at MVEs after completion of their training . The contractor shall create a curriculum based on Lean manufacturing principles to teach the state agency staff who will then utilize the curriculum to teach the incarcerated individuals enrolled in the state agency ’ s vocational education program . The contractor shall provide manuals , worksheets , PowerPoint slides and other class materials as requested by the state agency . The contractor shall create and provide digital class outlines , plans , materials , and hands - on guided activities for class instruction . All outlines , plans , materials , and hand - on guides shall be owned and retained by the state agency upon completion . |
