Summary This procurement is a project where materials submission and bidding are conducted electronically (IC card required). Those who cannot use this service may submit bids in writing (hereinafter referred to as "paper bidding method") only with the approval of the ordering party. (1) Nature and quantity of the services to be procured: Lease, and maintenance of X-ray micro analyzer (a) Installation of the above-mentioned device (b) Lease of the above-mentioned device (c) Maintenance of the above-mentioned device (2) Contract fulfillment period: (i) (a) From the date of the contract through 2 February 202 (ii) (b), (c) From March 202 through 2 February 203 This is a long-term contract based on Gifu Prefectural Ordinance Article II that stipulates conditions for Gifu Prefectural long-term contracts and is subject to cancellation if the annual expenditure budget for subsequent fiscal years has been reduced or cancelled. (3) Date and time for the distribution of the tender documentation: Every day from 6:0 a.m. to 11:0 p.m. from July 202 through 2 July 202 (excluding weekends and national holidays, and limited to the operating hours of the Gifu Prefecture E-Procurement System) (4) Deadline for the submission of bidding registration forms and relevant documents: 5:0 p.m. 2 July 202 Applicants will be notified of the screening results by 1 August 2026. (5) Date, time, and place for the opening of bids and tenders: (a) Tender documentation submission period via Gifu Prefecture E-Procurement System.
