Description | Bids are invited for the construction of drainage improvements on Leovy Avenue adjacent to the elementary school . The work includes pavement removal , installation of 8 ” N - 12 drainage pipe with reinforced concrete drainage structures and pavement restoration . The work will be scheduled ( NTP issued ) to begin the Monday following completion ( May 28 , 2026 ) of the school year and must be completed within 30 calendar days . The Notice to Proceed will be issued with a contract start date of June 1 , 2026 ; there - fore , all submittals must be provided , reviewed and materials available for beginning construction on that date . |
