Description | Furnish and install a metal roofing system over the existing slope glazes at entryway 1 and 15 at Liberal High School . Metal wall flashing to be installed along head and side walls . Flashing to be installed inserted into reglets cut into existing brick walls a minimum depth of 1 ” and then sealed with appropriate sealant . Aluminum tubing to be used as needed for furring strips Metal panels to be 26 ga minimum Metals panels are to be Mueller AP Panels in Patriot Red . Alternative products must be approved prior to bid submission or the bid will be considered incomplete . Metal panels to be installed per manufacturers instructions including seam taping , necessary trim pieces and metal closures . All exposed fasteners to color match metal panels Install seamless gutter along the bottom roof eave , including gutter end caps Gutter and downspouts to be formed of same material as the roof panels 2 downspouts to be installed , one either side , with sufficient length to move water away from the building |
