Description | OUTLINE OF PROJECT North Dakota State Library / Liberty Memorial Building Water Intrusion project consists of Memorial Stair work , which includes removal , staging , and reinstallation of the existing granite stair tread blocks , removal , of limestone panels on the stair wing walls , cleaning , prepping , and application of self - adhered waterproofing membrane . Also includes a new stainless steel railing assembly . There is an alternate for vestibule flooring replacement in the existing lower level vestibule . TYPE OF BIDS Single combined bids will be received for all portions of the work . The successful bidder will be the single Prime Contractor for the Project . Stair & Wing Wall panel removal , waterproofing work under stairs and partial wing wall , stair & wall panel reinstallation , self - adhered waterproofing membrane , and new railing . |
