Services related to this program may include , but are not limited to : • Advice about compliance with All Appropriate Inquiry Rules ; • Review and / or Preparation of the following : o Remedial Action Plans o Analysis of Brownfields Cleanup Alternatives o Community Relations Plans o Site Specific Quality Assurance Project Plans / Addendums • Review Assessment Reports Prepared for Sites ; • Evaluation of Contractor Bids and Contractor Review by Borrowers and / or subgrantees • Project Management and Field Oversight of Remediation Projects for State / Federal Compliance ; • Strategies for Remediation and Site Redevelopment ; • Coordination of Community Outreach Efforts and Development of Community Relations Plan ; • Coordination of Project Completion Efforts ; • ACRES Reporting • Davis Bacon Act Prevailing Wage Compliance ; • BABA compliance ; • Prepare and Submit all Appropriate and Required State Documents • Provide Coordination with Appropriate and Relevant State Agencies and Obtain State Approvals ; • Provide Technical Assistance to MetroCOG in guiding the RLF Program ; • Attend Brownfields Working Group Meetings and other meetings , as needed . • Be available to respond to MetroCOG staff regarding the RLF Process .
