Description

Description

Notting Hill Genesis (NHG) have procured Contractors for the delivery of their Lift Modernisation Programme. The procurement of these Contracts was carried out in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (PCR15) and the Terms and Conditions of the NHG Planned Upgrade/Improvement Works Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS). It was intended that the Contracts will run for a period of one year with the option for renewal, as decided by NHG, for an extension of up to a further one year, subject to satisfactory reviews based upon performance and quality of service and delivery. The maximum duration of the Contracts is therefore two years. In order to promote an appropriate balance between capacity, resilience and market participation, NHG determined that no Tenderer could be awarded more than two Lots under this procurement (excluding Lot 5). Accordingly, while up to four Lots could be awarded in total, no single Tenderer could be awarded more than two (excluding Lot 5).
