Contractor will provide all necessary supervision , labor , materials , and equipment required to supply , install , and provide High Air Classified Lime Slurry to be provided on an as needed basis at the Moore County Water Pollution Control Plant , located at 1094 Addor Road , Aberdeen , North Carolina 28315 , for use in wastewater application . Specifications : ➢ Provide approximately 60 tanker deliveries of 45 , 000 lbs . per budget year from July 1 – June 30 ; ➢ Provide and set up on an automatic schedule of weekly deliveries on either Tuesdays or Wednesdays ; ➢ Filled by means of a 3 ” quick connect to County tank using Contractor ’ s adequate equipment to connect to County system ➢ Bid should be in pounds and MUST reference concentration , specific gravity , and type ( i . e .. high air classified or quick lime ). ➢ Price should be valid from July 1 , 2026 thru 6 / 30 / 2028 , with an option to renew for one additional year . ➢ An SDS sheet and a full detailed Spec . Sheet must be turned in with bid . ➢ On occasion the vendor may be required to provide an emergency ( extra ) load deliverable within 48 hours of notification . ➢ If your product will not work with our current system . ( i . e .; pumps , tank , hookup , injection line ) please provide details regarding your product and any upgrades you will provide to our current system . Any additional charges must be listed on the bid form . ➢ If the vendor is providing equipment ( i . e .: pumps , tank , mixers … etc .) warranty and scheduled maintenance must also be provided .
