Description | All Liquid Bituminous Materials furnished and / or applied , shall be in accordance with Specifications for Bituminous Materials in book entitledNew York State Department of Transportation , Standard Specifications , most current version , and all current addenda . All material must meet the DOT specifications and is subject to testing from an independent laboratory . All bids shall be net per gallon , heated , hauled and applied by vendor ’ s distributor at the job location and shall include all destination charges to the job site where work will be performed . No mobilization fees or rental fees will be accepted for transporters or distributors . See more |
