Description | Proposal - Bidders are to propose a price per gallon for the pickup of liquid digested sludge from ECSD No . 6 and transport / delivery to ECSD No . 3 . Bidder to haul 3 to 5 days per week , M - F as needed , except for holidays and weekends . While both facilities operate 24 / 7 , It is anticipated that the hours of hauling will be between the hours of 8 : 00am and 4 : 00pm . Hauling may be performed outside of this range with preapproval of the facilities involved . The Bidder shall specify the volume per load , and the and the proposed times of pickup / delivery . Anticipated Volumes - 10 , 000 gallons per day - 30 , 000 / 50 , 000 gallons per week - 1 , 560 , 000 / 2 , 600 , 000 gallons per year ). |
