The initial contract is to address erosion along the streambanks and estuary fringe . Desired services for this initial scope of work include civil and structural engineering , land survey , hydraulic analysis for the stream , stream alignment analysis , shoreline restoration , permitting , construction management and other services required to complete the project . |
