Description | Gegenstand der Vergabe ist der Abschluss eines Vertrages mit einem Atlassian-Reseller- bzw. Atlassian-Solution-Partner (im Folgenden: Auftragnehmer) über die Beschaffung, Bereitstellung und laufende (kaufmännische) Betreuung von Atlassian-Cloud-Subscriptions sowie ggf. Atlassian-Marketplace-Apps von Drittanbietern für die RheinEnergie AG als Auftraggeber. Die Atlassian-Cloud-Produkte sind Cloud-Softwareleistungen (Software-as-a-Service) und werden von Atlassian selbst als Hersteller erbracht. Bei Atlassian-Marketplace-Apps handelt es sich um App-Produkte von Drittanbietern. Der Auftragnehmer übernimmt die Rolle des Vertriebs- und Abrechnungspartners, Koordinators und Lizenzverwalters. Folgende Atlassian-Cloud-Produkte sollen als Subscription für den Auftraggeber beschafft werden: - Confluence Cloud - Jira Cloud - Jira Service Management Cloud - Atlassian Guard |
