Description | This requirement is to provide food , event space , and lodging for 100 soldiers and their families from the 62D Medical Brigade , stationed at Joint Base Lewis - McChord ( JBLM ), WA , during the Spiritual Readiness and Resilience Training ( SR2T ) event . The Government requires the hotel to provide guestrooms , catering , and conference space . The lodging and facilities shall be equipped to handle up to 60 adults and 40 children . The new dates are 29 - 31 May 2026 . All proposals and questions shall be submitted exclusively through the Unison Marketplace portal , accessible via the link provided in the ' Attachments & Links ' section . Submissions that do not strictly adhere to the specified instructions will be deemed non - compliant and will not be considered for evaluation . |
