Description | IOM Brussels seeks to establish a Long-Term Agreement (LTA) for professional carpet cleaning services covering three carpeted floors (total area: approx. 1,800 m²). The required service includes biannual deep cleaning using the Hot Water Extraction (steam cleaning) method, with occasional spot cleaning upon request. Contractors must use professional-grade equipment and environmentally friendly products, comply with EU safety and environmental standards, and ensure minimal disruption to operations. To be considered compliant, bidders must demonstrate relevant experience, provide valid registration and insurance, and follow the technical requirements outlined in the ToR. Among all compliant offers, the contract will be awarded to the lowest-priced bid. |
