The City of Richmond is seeking a qualified and experienced professional firm to perform Preliminary Engineering , Right of way engineering , and Bid preparation assistance for the city ’ s multimodal path extension project , referred to as “ The Loop Phase III ”. This project will be an extension of phase I and connect downtown with the near west side of Richmond . The extension will connect to the city ’ s existing path by extending west along Main Street to SW 8th Street where it will both proceed on toward the west to SW 13th Street , at the same time turning south to National Road where it will connect to the existing crosswalk at the entrance to Earlham College .
