The Village plans to install buried utilities within the right - of - way of the Los Lunas Boulevard corridor from east of Edeal Road to NM 47 . This segment is currently under construction . Phase I of Los Lunas Boulevard is also under construction and includes utilities from I - 25 , across the Rio Grande , to Edeal Road . The goal of this project is to design utilities between Phase I ( currently under construction ) and Phase II , during which the second lane in each direction will be constructed . Appendix A illustrates the general project limits and scope , which include the following elements : • Gravity Sewers : Approximately 8 , 300 linear feet of 8 - inch to 12 - inch gravity sewer , including manholes , dewatering , and related appurtenances . • Water Transmission Lines ( 6 - inch to 18 - inch ): Approximately 8 , 300 linear feet , including valves , fire hydrants , air and vacuum valves , and related appurtenances . • Sewage Lift Station : Approximately 25 feet deep , equipped initially with three pumps and sized to accommodate a future fourth pump . • Sewage Forcemain : Approximately 650 linear feet of 6 - inch to 8 - inch forcemain at two locations . • Illustrative Graphic : Graphics are illustrative only and do not necessarily represent the final layout . • MRGCD Crossings : Four Middle Rio Grande Conservancy District ( MRGCD ) channel crossings of water and sewer facilities , including assembly of permitting packages for Village execution . • NMDOT Coordination : Review and permitting associated with work along NM 47 .
