Description | Please note : This is a Sole Source Notification .. Oregon State University intends to contract with LAUDABrinkmann , LP for the purchase of a LAUDA RP 290 EC circulating chiller as a sole source because of the uniqueness ( design , capability , nature ) of the goods and the contractor being the single provider of the goods . The selected chiller must be capable of cooling from near room temperature to below 70 ° C while maintaining high temperature stability (± 0 . 05 ° C ) and must have a small physical footprint suitable for installation under an existing laser table in a constrained laboratory space |
