Dear Bidder,United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) wishes to procure the above-mentioned services through a competitive bidding process. In this respect, UNICEF would like to invite your organization to submit technical and financial proposals as outlined in this request for proposal and the terms of reference attached.The objective of this contract is seeking to conduct Disability Baseline and Endline Research.The deadline for submitting your proposals is 10:20am, 04 December 2025 (Beijing Time). Your proposals are preferably submitted by e-mail to chinabid@unicef.org (no other recipients should be “cc” or “bcc” in your e-mail submission) with LRPS number in the subject line. Two e-mail submissions are mandatory, one for technical proposal with subject line written as LRPS-2025-9201182 Technical Proposal, the other one for commercial, as LRPS-2025-9201182 Commercial Proposal.*投标截止日期为北京时间2025年12月4日早上10点20分。请将标书文件邮件发至chinabid@unicef.org（提交邮件中请勿抄送或密抄其他人）。所有投标邮件主题需标明该标书标号（如未标清，将视同废标）。投标邮件需分两封邮件提交，一封为技术标投标文件邮件题目为LRPS-2025-9201182 Technical Proposal, 另外一封为商务报价文件邮件题目请标注为LRPS-2025-9201182 Commercial Proposal。!!
