Description | • Preparation of engineering design plans and specifications for : o Water main replacement along M - 21 from Morton Street to Scott Road o Installation of sanitary sewer main from Baker Street to Scott Road • Coordination with the City of St . Johns and MDOT to ensure the utility design aligns with the MDOT roadway reconstruction project . • Preparation and submission of all required documentation to EGLE for plan review and approval . • Following EGLE approval , submission of the approved utility plans to MDOT so they may be incorporated into the MDOT roadway reconstruction plans . • Preparation of an engineer ’ s opinion of construction cost for the proposed improvements . • Attendance at meetings with City staff and coordination with MDOT and EGLE as required to complete the design and approval process . |
