Army Contracting Command - Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) is conducting a Market Survey to determine the level of interest among qualified Contractors for the production of the following M-1 Cargo Parachute Release: NOUN: Release, Cargo Parachute NSN: 1670-01-097-8816 P/N: 11-1-1487-2 Suppliers capable of manufacturing and producing these items must indicate so in response by completing the attached questionaire and sending by email, to Lauren DeRoche, lauren.r.deroch.civ@army.mil before the closing date of this posting. The purpose of this market survey is to aid in the development of an acquisition strategy, identify the best of potential offerors, and gather information for planning purposes about capabilities of each industry source as defined in Federal Acquisition Regulation 15.201(e). The input will help ACC-DTA ascertain the interest, capability, and capacity of all potential offerors. The market survey does not constitute a solicitation and shall not be construed as commitment by the Government. No telephone responses will be accepted.
