The Insolvency Service requires a modern, resilient, and scalable integration capability built on the M-Int platform to ensure operational stability while enabling rapid delivery of new integrations and supporting long-term application modernisation goals.• Comprehensive Managed Service - covering BAU operations, Level 2 & Level 3support, and continuous improvement• Agile Delivery - for enhancements and new integrations• Future-Ready Architecture - leveraging reusable patterns and Azure-native best practices• Enterprise Enablement - through governance, automation, standards, and platformadoption• SLA-Driven Performance - including reporting, monitoring and compliance• Strategic Capability Uplift - supporting INSS' transformation initiatives, including integration with key platforms, modernisation of legacy components, and adoption of future-ready technologies (RPS, Dox42, Data Platform, FCMC remediation, DRO APIs, node upgrades, .NET upgrades, and more)The contract is awarded for a total period of 24 months. |
