Unit shall have a sweeping width of 96 inches and include debris pan with clean off system . Unit shall be a welded steel frame construction that is properly primed and painted factory standard color . Unit shall include 2 - inch ball hitch with an approximate hitch height of 30 inches . Unit shall have a sweeping height of 2 inches and a minimum travel height of 5 inches . Unit shall have a minimum sweeping speed of 13 mph and have a minimum 5 bolt , 8 ″ x 3 . 75 wheel with Load Range B , 4 Ply Rated Trailer Tire . |
