Description | This Scope of Work is intended to be comprehensive , enforceable , and controlling for bidding , execution , and closeout of the Project . The Contractor shall provide a complete , fully functional , codecompliant , tested , commissioned , and Owner - accepted emergency generator system . This Scope of Work shall be interpreted as all - inclusive and shall govern over drawings where discrepancies , omissions , or conflicts occur . The absence of a specific item from the drawings or specifications shall not relieve the Contractor of responsibility for providing all labor , materials , equipment , coordination , testing , and services necessary to deliver a complete and operational emergency power system . No claim for additional compensation shall be allowed for Work that is reasonably inferable , required by code , required for system functionality , or necessary for proper integration with existing campus systems . |
