Description | Please note : This is a Sole Source Notification . This is a notice of the County ’ s intent to procure a product on a single source basis under the authority of Snohomish County Code 3 . 04 . 180 . This Notice is not a request for competitive bids or proposals as there is no solicitation available . Any responses received as a result of this Notice of Intent shall be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement . Responses to this Notice of Intent to Award on a Sole Source Basis will not be considered as bids , quotes or proposals . Snohomish County intends to proceed with a single source procurement for Code Publishing maintenance and support . The County has employed this software as its legislative search platform since competing it in 2012 , with a single source procurement previously taking place in 2021 . The proposed awardee is Code Publishing . The estimated value of this product / service is $ 30 , 000 per year . The proposed contract term is five ( 5 ) years . |
