Question 2 : Are firmware versions , OS configurations , or BIOS settings for the Panasonic FZ - 40 specified anywhere , or must the laptops ship with default OEM configurations ? Government Answer : Laptops shall ship with default configurations . The Government will reconfigure the laptops with Government owned OS configurations . Question 3 : Are any pre - installation software requirements ( e . g ., Navy applications , imaging requirements , encryption , or baseline configurations ) required before delivery ?
