Description | 1 ) The Contractor shall perform inspection , maintenance , and repair services on various electrical equipment for the following City of Omaha installations : • Papillion Creek Water Resource Recovery Facility • Missouri River Water Resource Recovery Facility • Saddle Creek RTB • Approximately Seventy ( 70 ) Levee Pump Stations , Diversion Structures and Grit Removal Facilities . 2 ) Predictive maintenance services will consist of semi - annual vibration analysis and annual balancing of various ventilation fans . 3 ) It shall be the responsibility of the Contractors to familiarize themselves with the equipment , services to be performed , and the environment prior to submitting a bid . Lack of knowledge Page 2 of 10 concerning any or all parts of the work shall not be accepted after the bid opening as a reason for withdrawing the bid or failing to perform the work . |
