If you do not adhere to the information found in the attachment, you may be left out of consideration for this requirment. MICC Fort Hood intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price Contract for Expert Witness in support of USAG Fort Hood. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 236220– Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, Business Size Standard $45M. This requirement is a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside acquisition. See the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) for full requirement details. Your points of contact regarding this requirement are as follows: Contract Specialist: Chasity.n.griffin.civ@army.mil Contracting Officer: Marcellus.j.newson.civ@army.mil If you do not recive a acknowledgement email within 2 days of sending your quote, send a follow up email. This solicitation will close at 8:30 AM Central Time on 23 April 2026. Quotations received after this date and time will be considered late in accordance with FAR 52.212-1(f) and will not be evaluated. The Contracting Officer intends to make an award without discussion; however, that does not prevent the Contracting Officer from holding discussions if it is in the best interests of the government. All quotes must reference and acknowledge all amendments posted to this solicitation, if applicable. All questions must be submitted no later than 3:00 PM Central Time on 17 April 2026, to both the Contract Specialist and the Contracting Officer at the above email addresses. E-mail is the preferred method for questions. Emails shall be marked with the following: 26QA029 Questions will be answered at NLT 3:00PM Central Time on 20 April 2026. An attachment will be added to this solicitation and titled questions and answers. |
