Description | PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Township Council of the Township of Moorestown has authorized , by Resolution No . 265 - 2025 , award of one ( 1 ) Shopping Mall liquor license . The license shall be bid and awarded under the Historical Method . See N . J . S . A . 33 : 1 - 19 . 1 and 19 . 2 . Any Shopping Mall liquor license shall only be issued to permit the sale of alcoholic beverages for immediate consumption on the premises of an establishment that operates or plans to operate as a food and beverage establishment located within the Moorestown Mall ( located on portions of Block 3000 , Lots 2 . 07 , 3 . 05 , 3 . 07 , 3 . 08 , 3 . 12 , and 3 . 14 ) and shall not be transferred for use in connection with an establishment operating on any other property . A prospective bidder must demonstrate ownership or present a contract or lease agreement to operate such an establishment within the Moorestown Mall . Adequate proof of compliance with this requirement must be included with the bid submission . The Township reserves the right to request additional information , if it finds same to be in its best interest . |
