Description | This requirement is for a Managed Print Services (MPS) operating lease and comprehensive maintenance program at Luke AFB and its Geographically Separated Units, such as Gila Bend Axillary Air Field. The scope consists of: Leasing approximately 278 Multi-Functional Devices (MFD) with secure CAC/SIPR authentication, follow-me printing, and rules-based logic. Full-service maintenance, parts, and toners for the leased fleet, plus maintenance and supplies (including toners) for approximately 481 government-owned printers. Providing a full-time, on-site technical associate to manage CAC enablement, troubleshooting, and supplies management. Period of Performance: A 12-month Base Period followed by four (4) consecutive 12-month Option Periods, scheduled from 1 Oct 2026 through 30 Sept 2031. |
