Managed Services Support

The Division is seeking a qualified Managed Services Provider ( MSP ) to provide ongoing technical and strategic support , system administration , maintenance , and enhancement services for the Accela Civic Platform . This procurement is intended to secure continuous support services , not a one - time system implementation or full system redesign . The selected MSP will partner with the Division to ensure system stability , optimize existing configurations , support staff usage , manage integrations , and implement incremental enhancements as needs evolve . We seek an experienced provider with demonstrated experience supporting complex Accela environments , who is adept at delivering and supporting online Accela permitting systems ; supporting staff in their use of these and other integrated systems ; and implementing upgrades to these systems that increase the efficiency and effectiveness of online permitting procedures . Services should include provision of incident management services that identify the problems and provide timely resolution services . The MSP shall :  Provide day - to - day managed services support for the Accela Civic Platform  Maintain system availability , performance , and configuration integrity  Respond to incidents and service requests in accordance with defined service levels  Support continuous improvement through incremental enhancements and optimization  Collaborate with Division staff to design and deliver the Accela permitting system .
