Description | The Owner is seeking proposals from experienced and qualified Delaware - licensed engineering firms for entering into an agreement for this design project . The work is the design of on - site manganese removal systems for five ( 5 ) of the City of Dover ’ s deep wells located in the Cheswold aquifer . The work includes design of additional piping , valves and other appurtenances , software , hardware , any necessary upgrades to electrical power distribution , lighting and instrumentation , and feasibility and design of wastewater systems for any proposed backwashing . Obtain all necessary agency approvals , which could include , but is not limited to , Office of Drinking Water , Kent Conservation District , Kent County Sewer , City of Dover Electric Department and City of Dover Planning & Inspections . |
